- Tarot readings
- Digital educational content (PDFs, courses, recordings)

In compliance with Romanian Legea 363/2007 (Unfair Commercial Practices Act) and international consumer protection standards: The Operator does not guarantee specific results, does not use misleading advertising, and does not exploit users' emotional vulnerability. No "100% guaranteed results" are promised or implied in any communication.

Withdrawal Rights And Refund Policy
5.1 General rule
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts, pursuant to O.U.G. 34/2014, art. 9, without providing any reason and without additional cost.
5.2 Exceptions applicable to Velor Mystic services
A) Fully performed services — O.U.G. 34/2014, art. 16(a): Where a service (live consultation, real-time reading) has been fully performed before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance — the right of withdrawal is LOST.
B) Digital content — O.U.G. 34/2014, art. 16(m): Where the consumer has begun downloading or accessing digital content (astrogram, PDF report, online course) and has given prior express consent, acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal — the right of withdrawal is LOST.
By checking the relevant checkbox at checkout, the User expressly confirms:
- Acknowledged the above conditions
- Requested immediate delivery of the service/digital content
- Understands withdrawal rights are lost upon delivery/access
5.3 Non-EU users
For users outside the EU/EEA, where applicable consumer protection laws provide for mandatory refund rights that cannot be contractually waived, such rights remain unaffected by this policy. This means that if the law of your country grants you consumer rights that cannot be eliminated by contract (e.g. Australia's ACL, UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, or applicable Canadian provincial law), those rights continue to apply regardless of what is stated in these Terms.
For unactivated subscriptions or unaccessed content, all users may submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase by contacting customer support.
5.4 Good Faith Clause — 48-Hour Issue Notification
Voluntary commitment by the Operator: Although digital content delivered immediately is exempt from the right of withdrawal under O.U.G. 34/2014, art. 16(m) (for EU users) and equivalent international provisions, the Operator voluntarily commits, in good faith and in the spirit of fair consumer relations, to the following rapid notification procedure:
If the User identifies a technical issue or a significant non-conformity with the service description (inaccessible digital content, error in reading generation, incorrect data processed), this may be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email to the Operator's contact address.
The Operator will review the notification and offer, as appropriate:
- Technical resolution of the issue within 24 hours
- Regeneration/redelivery of the affected content
- Account credit equivalent to the value of the affected service
- Partial or full refund, at the Operator's discretion, where resolution is not possible
IMPORTANT — Scope of this clause: This clause applies exclusively to situations of technical non-conformity or Operator error. It does NOT apply to subjective dissatisfaction with the interpretive content of astrological, numerological, or tarot readings, which by their very nature are subjective and interpretive. The 48-hour window is a goodwill measure and does not constitute a general right of withdrawal or a guarantee of results.
Jurisdiction-specific note: For Australian users — statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply independently of this clause and are not limited by the 48-hour window. For UK users — the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to digital content conformity independently. This clause supplements, but does not replace, any mandatory statutory rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
All Platform content — texts, readings, graphics, tarot imagery, software, recordings — is protected by applicable intellectual property law and is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Data Protection
GDPR (EU users): Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Romanian Legea 190/2018. Details in the Privacy Policy.
CCPA (California users): California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell personal data.
